BIRMINGHAM.' and with acanthus scroll engraving at the breech-end, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, bold flowing acanthus scroll engraving surrounding game scene vignettes of hound and fowl, brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 1/4in. replacement stock, fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release catch and horn finial, weight 6lb. 3oz., in its green velvet-lined brass cornered leather case with lift up tray and ammunition compartment with some accessories
